6 hula hoops, bean bag or ball

Description:

  1. set up five hula hoops in a circle and place one hula hoop in the middle
  2. one child throws a bean bag or ball to one of the hoops and advances to the next hoop if it lands inside
  3. if a child a misses, then they switch with their partner

Change the environment: decrease the distance between the child and the hoop to decrease physical demand

Change the task: have the child use two hands to decrease physical demand
