We have also included resources to learn more about Indigenous history, reconciliation, and cultures.

Activity Bank

Browse a bank of over 100 child-friendly physical activities with descriptions, photos, and videos that show you and the families of your participants how to do these activities at home.

Motor Skills Check-In

The Motor Skills Check-in (MSC) was developed by the KidsAction Coaching team to support community-based physical activity programs in facilitating the motor development of children with NDID. The MSC of each child in your athletic program will help improve their motor functions by clearly understanding the current ability of the child and finding ways in which to build them up to reach their physical activity goals.

Our app is currently under development.
Please refer to the “Activity Back” and the “Resource” section for our Goal Setting, Physical Activity Passport and Sticker Chart resources, until the online app is available.
