Modifications to make the activity easier:
Change the equipment: use a larger ball to decrease physical and cognitive demand
Change the task: have the child place their hand on a wall for balance to decrease physical demand

- have the child kick with their non-dominant foot to increase physical and cognitive demand
- have the child kick the ball as far as they can to increase physical demand
Goal examples:
- in two weeks, the child will be able to kick a ball with either foot for a distance of 5m
- I can kick the ball with my left foot
