- have the child place rope in an easy pattern to decrease physical demand
- have the child use one jump rope for a shorter maze to decrease physical and cognitive demand

- increase the complexity of the maze (jump in multiple directions) to increase physical and cognitive demand
- have the child use more ropes for a longer maze to increase physical and cognitive demand
Goal examples:
- I will be able to jump through the maze in 10 seconds, 3 times in a row with direction from my coach
- I can walk through the maze
