Modifications to make the activity easier:

Change the environment: have children stand closer together to decrease physical demand

Change the task: have the child use two hands to “trap” the frisbee to decrease physical demand

Modifications to make the activity harder:

Change the environment: have children stand further apart to increase physical demand

Change the task: have the child run and catch the frisbee to increase physical and cognitive demand

Goal examples:

  • the child will accurately throw the frisbee to a partner 3 times in a row from a distance of 5m
  • I can take turns throwing and catching a frisbee with my friends
