Description:
- set up 3 hula hoops/buckets/baskets of three different colours at three different distances with a corresponding colour pylon (3-5m away)
- children aim to under-hand throw the bean bag into the hoop of the same colour as the pylon by which they are standing

Modifications to make the activity easier:
Change the environment: decrease the distance between the child and the hoop/bucket/basket to decrease physical demand
Change the task: have the child use two hands to decrease physical demand

Change the equipment: increase the number of buckets to increase physical and cognitive demand
